Dean has been leading teams and coaching individuals professionally since 1993. From ’88 – ’92 Dean served with 3rd Ranger Battalion during which he helped in the removal of Manuel Noriega in 1989 when he parachuted onto a hostile Panamanian airstrip.

He graduated Ranger School with honors earning one of two distinguished “Merrill’s Marauders” awards; an award earned only by two each class and chosen by his peer group for demonstrating exceptional teamwork, leadership, and communication under long periods of stress and pressure – often the result of days without food or sleep – throughout the entire 72 day course. Dean completed his Ranger service with honor at the rank of Sergeant.
Since leaving the Rangers in ’92 Dean has held the following roles:

about Darrell DavisDarrell Davis

Mr. Davis military career spanned twenty-five years in the US Army, with the last twenty spent serving in Special Forces. During his service, he attended a number of leadership academies and earned numerous awards. Among these, he was the first soldier ever to be awarded both the Distinguished Honor Graduate and Leadership Award in his Primary Noncommissioned Officers Course at Fort Carson, Colorado. As a senior leader, Darrell had a highly successful career and held numerous leadership positions culminating with him serving as a Command Sergeant Major at the Special Warfare Center at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Throughout his military career Darrell trained foreign military leaders from such countries as the Republic of Korea, the Philippines, Thailand and Bangladesh. In April 2008, Darrell returned to active duty with 3rd Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group and served 9 months in Iraq. His military awards and decorations include, the Legion of Merit, the Bronze Star and the Special Forces Tab.

Darrell has worked as a Leadership Consultant providing individuals and organizations with evidence-based assessments and seminars in order to improve their leadership capabilities. He advised senior and emerging leaders from a number of different industries including the Department of Defense, Energy, Financial Investment, Restaurant and Education. Immediately after September 11 2001, Darrell worked as a consultant, assessing and training leaders responsible for securing our nations Chemical, Nuclear and Biological weapons systems.

Mr. Davis holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Liberty University and a Masters in Leadership Development from Penn State University. He is married to Dr. Irene Davis, a Professor at Harvard Medical School. Irene and Darrell have four children, Jamie, Justin, Courtney and Caitlyn, and four grandchildren, Christian, Sophie, Mia and Evan. Darrell and Irene currently reside in Boston, MA.


about Shane DozierShane Dozier

Shane was a three time volunteer; volunteering to serve in the US Army, volunteering for Airborne training in Ft. Benning GA, and volunteering for the elite US Army Ranger School. In 1989 he participated in Operation Just Cause, parachuting onto a hostile Panamanian airstrip he spearheaded the removal of Manuel Noriega.
