Dean Hohl Philosophy
We believe that human beings are at least 1/2 of the business
success equation We believe that two basic elements are common to
all businesses: Brick & Mortar resources/systems; and People!
We believe that people are the real competitive advantage in any
organization. We believe that Teamwork Leadership and
Communication (TLC) skills/behavior are directly proportional to
individual, team, and organizational success and potential. We
believe that untapped, sustainable, bottom-line results are hidden
within the "human side" of most businesses today. We believe
that corporate America is tired of the lackluster results commonly
realized through traditional classroom theory and motivational
lectures, and that there is a growing demand for training based on
reality and experience versus ideals and theory! We also
believe that most experiential training is a camaraderie building
experience at best! We believe that it doesn't matter how good
you are at the "technical side" of producing your product or
delivering your service, without effective TLC you'll work harder to
achieve less and be left to hope your competition does the same.
