Terms: 20% non-refundable security deposit required with registration

Full Payment due 30 days in advance of attendance.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
Due to the strictly limited enrollment, cancellations less than 15 working days prior to the workshop will not be refunded. Participants who register by mail, fax or phone who do not attend, and fail to cancel according to this policy, will be charged the full registration fee. A substitute delegate is always welcome at no additional charge (substitute delegate must complete new registration form prior to workshop).
