Leadership Development

Leadership development is creating or enhancing in ones self or others the skills necessary to lead others.  This includes envisioning outcomes, setting goals, establishing plans to achieve those goals and then causing ones self and or others to execute those plans in order to achieve the envisioned outcomes.

U.S. Army program for leadership development is "Be, Know, Do".

 

Ranger leadership development differs from that which you would hear in the office in the following ways.
