Leading Concepts provides Experiential Training Programs
provides attendees with a structured, supervised program of
participation in the practice of leadership and
teambuilding. The goal of the various introductory and advanced
leadership and team building experiences is to help
students acquire practical skills and judgment and develop
the level of confidence and responsibility needed for entry
into the supervising and managing teams in the corporate
environment and thereby increasing their companies
effectiveness and efficiency. Team and leader training are spread
over a 96 hour session. The entire process ensures all
trainees are given the opportunity to have advanced training
experiences which would not be available to them in several
years of management experience.
